My husband and I had come into the dealership with our minds set on a Honda Accord and Honda Pilot. Joseph was so attentive and willing to accommodate us. He only showed us models that were within the criteria we specified (which was middle of the line in upgrades) and allowed us to try our son's car seat in the different cars to make sure that it would fit. When we couldn't meet eye to eye with financing regarding the Honda Accord, Joseph Holmes saved the day by suggesting a Honda Insight which was less expensive but was a hybrid AND had more upgrades than the Accord we had originally decided on. He saved the day because without his knowledge and understanding of what we wanted we would not have been able to buy the new Hondas. We are so happy with the service we received from Joseph Holmes and will definitely be sending anyone interested in buying a new car his way. More
