Went in for an SUV and the sales rep seems to know his numbers so there was little room to negotiate. First time having service and seemed unorganized I made an appointment for Saturday July 25 at 1:00. I arrived at 12:48.....I waited 22 minutes until I finally asked a greeter when someone would hel I made an appointment for Saturday July 25 at 1:00. I arrived at 12:48.....I waited 22 minutes until I finally asked a greeter when someone would help. He suggested I fill out a drop off envelope then I could leave. Although he was nice and had me do that, my question is why. When I arrived there were 5 other cars to be checked in for appointments. One guy came out and helped someone then disappeared. A gal helped the car in front of me and then left on a break. This was my first time trying you out for service. This was a terrible start for me. Why do you not have one person checking every car in immediately upon arrival. Especially since we made appointments. Jonathan then called about half an hour later and confirmed what I was having done and the price. He said it would be about an hour. Two hours later he texts me to tell me it was ready. Don't tell me 1 hour and then it be two. I most likely will find another place to service my car. More
