Had a difficult time just trying to get someone to answer my call on the main phone line. Car was expected to be in the shop for 5 days or so and come to find out they do not loan or rent cars from that deal my call on the main phone line. Making an appointment helps get me in and out of there quickly when dropping my car off for service. Had an issue with my starter not always working.
