Friendly staff. One moment that I did not appreciate was, while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I overheard another person discussing what his insurance will cover or not. The service man was not ve while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I overheard another person discussing what his insurance will cover or not. The service man was not very accommodating to the customer. He kept interrupting the customer and implying that Honda is not responsible for certain coverage. The client kept repeating the fact that the car was just purchased last November and he was already having certain issues with it. I feel that the service person should have been more understanding of the client's concerns. I did not get the service-man's name More
