After getting my tires rotated and aligned at the service center, I noticed a tear in one of the tires just a day later. When I approached the service director, and explained the situation, he declined to op center, I noticed a tear in one of the tires just a day later. He mentioned that the tires were not handled during the service and refused to consult the technicians for further investigation. I felt that he showed little willingness to assist me.
