We purchased a True Used Honda Odyssey Elite yesterday. Eric Kim was the agent helping us initially and the transaction process was fair and respectful which is rare sometimes. Even to the manager level, they weren't pushy and ultimately wanted us to buy a reliable used vehicle. I've purchased too many used vehicles with problems ultimately in the end with problems forcing me to sell later. My test drive of the vehicle I purchase felt the best out of over 10 Honda Odyssey's I've driven in other used auto sales stores. Carfax report was provided showing that the vehicles was only serviced by the Honda Dealer. This was a safe purchase for us. Thank you Honda for being transparent/honest and personable, during the transaction. Thanks More

This dealership gave us more options to consider & let us know there was a difference between the Sport & Touring Models. He did his job returning and presenting my counter offers and helped find a middle ground that worked. The only reason I'm not giving the dealership 5 stars is because of the silly alarm package trick that so many dealers do to clients. If they took the time to read the reviews of the KARR alarm service and listened to the buyers that this service is TOTALLY a waste of time and money. They know it, we know it. If CJ wasn't involved, I'd give the dealership a 3 star since I found this "add-on" of a crap alarm totally a game. Go ahead and buy from Buena but be firm and tell them NO you won't pay for this alarm that basically does nothing more than the factory alarm. I paid their "cost" of $695 vs the $1500 they wanted, but in retrospect, I should have walked out on the deal out of principle. If the add-on alarm was cool and did something special, then that is another story. Do yourself a favor Buena Honda and find a better product to create an add-on to help make you some extra margins. I don't fault people trying to make more money, but for goodness sake make it something we actually want and works. Google reviews of KARR and it's a plethora of 1 stars. That should tell you, something guys. More
