I have an appointment for a recall service for my CR-V. I just have an extremely bad experience with customer service at Buena park. David at the customer service is the worst I have ever had in many visit I just have an extremely bad experience with customer service at Buena park. David at the customer service is the worst I have ever had in many visits of numerous car dealers. When he first appeared to take me at the appointment line, he already showed a very negative energy. I assume everyone of us when we go to work we don't bring problems from home to work. I was just unfortunate to have this situation. When I was told I have to wait for 45 minutes for the shuttle. I just stepped out to call someone to pick me up. He already he said that "you need to be here for me to do paperwork otherwise I wouldn't know who you are and phone number to call". I just replied "I am going anywhere". From that point on, he tried to pick on me to vent out his own emotional problems. He was trying to teach me in length that "waiting is needed everywhere, patience is a virtue".He also liked to engage in arguments. While he was loudly preaching about patience but he was very inpatient himself. I just said "pls don't argue with customers" "can you please stop it?" That was all I said (there were people nearby saw it and witnessed) but he got so angry he walked me out and said "don't come back to this dealer any more". He is the person with bad temper and very emotionally insecure. I am so surprised there is a personality like this at the customer line!! I am also surprised Buena park Honda has this kind of worker, especially in customer service! Is there any policy or training here to maintain high quality of customer service? I am just so surprise there is such a personality at the customer service line and still can survive until now?!!. I am a health care provider myself. I have to use customer service skill everyday and understand what it takes to provide a good customer service. This guy David is plainly a terrible person to provide customer service. He is like a gangster on the streets who says anything and does anything he wants to customers. He has no skills, no minimal basic standard of providing customer service at all. He is not fit for the job of customer service. No. Actually he is not fit for any job with this personality, or he will ruin the dealer reputation!? a shame Buena park Honda has such employee!! However, I did have very good experience with Jonathan - another service advisor, very nice guy at Buena park Honda in another visit in the past. The shuttle driver that helped me last time is even much nicer than David. I hope dealer rater will post my review to improve the good quality of customer service for everyone. More

Channy is the best, she helped me will all my needs and made sure I was all set up with my new 2024 Hinda Civic LX every step of the way.
