I went to this dealership all the way from the San Fernando valley. The car I wanted wasn’t there so they asked for me to put a deposit down of $500 and they’d keep looking for a financier for me. I think the situation was handled very unprofessionally. Why does something that should take 1-2 days take over 2 weeks? At that point they should have just returned my money to me if they could not find something in that time frame. It seemed like no one knew what was going on with the car. The only person that went out of her way to help me was Michelle. This was the process of my first time buy and it was a complete headache going back and forth with these people.
