This was by far the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. My 2018 Honda HRV EX-L was turned in for a factory recall on the paint which was peeling off down to the metal frame. I was displeasure of receiving. My 2018 Honda HRV EX-L was turned in for a factory recall on the paint which was peeling off down to the metal frame. I was told it would take 7-9 days for the painting and it would be transferred to a body shop for service. Honda refused to cover a rental or offer a loaner vehicle during this time. After calling corporate, they told me I was lucky they were even fixing the paint at all and transportation was my own issue to figure out. At the body shop, they repainted the car 3 different times after causing more damage to the exterior. The dealership would not keep me updated and continued to tell me it was ready for pickup for the car to not be there when I arrived to pick it up. 20 days later, I finally received the car in worse shape than it had been delivered. There were paint stains all over the windows and the leather interior was splattered with paint. The leather seats had dents and holes ripped in them along with paint covered shoe prints all over the floor. The roof was covered in dirty hand prints and black smudges. After 20 days, this was the best service they could offer. The service representative refused to acknowledge anything was wrong and said it was in pristine condition, looking as good as new. I will never be working with Honda again. There is no excuse for this and it is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. More

I always had great service with BP Honda. They are responsive, on-time, and easy to work with. However, I experienced my first 'issue.' I brought it in for a factory recall with the fuel pump. When I picked up the car, there was a horrible gasoline smell inside the car. I called my Service Rep and she explained the smell would eventually go away and that this occurs at times with a fuel pump change. The smell did eventually go away but I did not feel well for about 24 hours. They needed to air out the car before I picked it up. I'll let the dealership know about my experience. More
