This was my 1st time bringing my 2020 Honda CR-V to be serviced. Maria from the service department welcomed me with a smile (under her mask) and with good customer service took care of processing the pap serviced. Service 5 stars, technical advice, 5 stars, waiting room 5 stars, arriving at the dealer and getting setup for your appointment is the reason I’m giving 4 stars. It took 1 hour for me to get an advisor to 5 stars, arriving at the dealer and getting setup for your appointment is the reason I’m giving 4 stars. It took 1 hour for me to get an advisor to look at my car. I did schedule an appointment but somehow I keep getting emails that my appointment was missed. That tells you that something is wrong with the scheduling service. I did have an appointment and arrived there on time but there were about 20 car in front of me. Insane. Maybe next time I will try a middle of the week day to see if I get out of there faster. My appointment was on a Saturday morning. My advisor Kurtis, I have no complaints. Honest, courteous and professional. Will probably look for him next time I stop by. More
