had an appointment for 7:30am, arrived 7:20am. after a 15 minute wait car was taken in for an oil change. 2 and 1/2 hours later it was finally ready. I opted not to have car washed because I didn't want to spend over 3 hours for a simple oil change. Tire pressure indicator was also to be checked. service had all 4 tires off the car, I requested the tires to be rotated since the tires were already off the car. They rotated them for me for and additional 29 bucks. I mean "come on". I have bought 3 cars from this dealer, you would think they could have waived the tire rotation charge since the wheels were already off. More
