Joshua West deserves a raise in pay. His customer service is excellent! Took the odyssey 2020 for several recalls. Buena Park Honda kept my van over night and said that the rearview camera recall could not be done because they don’t have the parts. Never received a phone call from them after two + months so I took the car back on Dec. 23. The maintenance light came on even though the van registered only 4100 miles. I thought I could get the oil change and the recall done on the same day. I also informed the Honda advisor about issues with the navigation unit with the videos evidence I recorded on my phone. Advisor never informed me that they still don’t have the rearview camera replacement. After a few hours I got a call from the dealership that the oil change was done but no camera replacement. I wouldn’t have gotten the oil change if I was informed that they don’t have the rearview parts. Wanted to talk to the manager, but another advisor told me to contact Honda directly. I would never come back to this place. Will take my business somewhere else. By the way, they said that their technicians could not find the issues I showed from my phone so they couldn’t do anything about it. They want to keep my van for another day + so they can test drive the van to see if my videos are legit. wasting my time. I got a “lemon” More
