Only went here to buy a used Honda Pilot otherwise would never recommend it to anyone. The salesperson Teresa was very nice and tried to help however she could but her sales manager, I think his name was Br never recommend it to anyone. He did not care about the customer and had the attitude of take it or leave it. They did not know whether the car on their lot was certified or not and totally clueless about details. Just because Teresa was so helpful we didn’t walk out since we did not receive any incentives or discounts. Further more, not even a full tank of gas and a badly done car wash after purchase. We were there almost 4 hours with our 3 year old son and not even offered water! Teresa was nice enough to offer him candy and tell us about the play area which is the only plus about this dealership (and the bathrooms were very clean). More
