I found all of their used vehicles on their lot to be in very good condition, and the ability to be able to buy a certified Acura from them was a big selling point in my decision. The negotiation on the price was performed in a dignified and reasonable manner and the paperwork on the certified 2010 Acura TL was handled very smoothly. A couple days after the sale I noticed a small issue on the exterior of the car, something that may not have been easy to see at night when we bought it. Even though I couldn't have 100% proof that the issue didn't occur after it left the lot, Dennis Andrews and his Manage Denny Pechtel took care of it right away. They expedited the repair and in two days I had a car that looked fantastic! Many dealerships say they are customer focused, but I was able to see Buerkle Acura in action and perform at the highest level during the first week I owned the vehicle. AJ was with us through or Acura MDX 2014 purchase. He spent 4 hrs. with us negotiating the price and making sure that our vehicle was ready and pristine at the time of delivery. There was a misunderstanding in the interest rate (0.9%) which we all (including AJ) found out that was only for base 2wd. We still got a decent rate and purchased the vehicle at 1.74% interest. The next day AJ called me to let me know that they clarified the rates and that they were going to honor the 0.9% because they clarified the Acura offer. That says a lot about Buerkle and AJ and the great ethical behavior that they practice. Kudos to Acura Buerkle the dealership and AJ. More

Mark provides a very impressive sales experience. He listens to what you want and helps you understand what you will and won't like about the vehicles he sells. I test drove vehicles at 8 dealers and he was, by far, the most helpful. Vehicles have become so complicated that sales people really need to listen to what you are looking for to know what parts of the vehicle they need to direct you to. I test drove an MDX at another dealer and felt it was a sloppy drive. Then I found out it has an adjustable suspension (though Mark) and figured out I loved it. I'm super happy with the car, and with Mark's help I know how the functions work that are meaningful to me. More
