Mark provides a very impressive sales experience. He listens to what you want and helps you understand what you will and won't like about the vehicles he sells. Vehicles have become so complicated that sales people really need to listen to what you are looking for to know what parts of the vehicle they need to direct you to. I test drove an MDX at another dealer and felt it was a sloppy drive. Then I found out it has an adjustable suspension (though Mark) and figured out I loved it. I'm super happy with the car, and with Mark's help I know how the functions work that are meaningful to me. More

AJ was with us through or Acura MDX 2014 purchase. He spent 4 hrs. with us negotiating the price and making sure that our vehicle was ready and pristine at the time of delivery. There was a misunderstanding in the interest rate (0.9%) which we all (including AJ) found out that was only for base 2wd. We still got a decent rate and purchased the vehicle at 1.74% interest. The next day AJ called me to let me know that they clarified the rates and that they were going to honor the 0.9% because they clarified the Acura offer. That says a lot about Buerkle and AJ and the great ethical behavior that they practice. Kudos to Acura Buerkle the dealership and AJ. More

Although buerkle acura is a little farther from my home than other acura dealerships, they were by far the most competitive especially with my trade-in. It was very obvious that Mark Shiller wanted to find me and my husband the best car for us. We never felt as though he didn't have time for us or wasn't interest in our experience.
