We were greeted at the door. A salesman immediately brought me the make and model I wanted to test-drive. He stayed with my husband to begin talking about my trade-in while I drove the vehicle. Might have been the easiest deal to date for me. I have purchased 10 plus new cars in the last 15 years and knowing what I want helps but they understand and don't over do it which is nice.
