My wife and I came in to receive information regarding a new Honda. We've had 4 Honda's in the past and have always been pleased with them but have never looked at a new one. I don't know if all Honda sales people are this arrogant but our experience was not good both my wife and I after leaving were extremely irritated about his attitude and how we were treated. He was rude, didn't listen, and treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about regarding cars or numbers. We have been shopping cars and understand what is out there on the market and believe me we understand numbers!!! I'm glad we left and went to the Hyundai dealership, where we bought a new car, exactly what we were looking for and for the price we wanted to pay and our overall experience was wonderful. So contrary to what Scott insisted couldn't happen, did! More

I had to find a car quickly because my old Honda had a catastrophic failure. I was reluctant to buy another Honda but since I was already at the dealership I started looking around.
