I recently needed to replace a car and strayed into Berkle's Honda dealership to see what was to my liking. I was served by Adam Kuruo who showed me a Crosstour. Of all the salesmen I talked to at 6 di Berkle's Honda dealership to see what was to my liking. I was served by Adam Kuruo who showed me a Crosstour. Of all the salesmen I talked to at 6 different dealerships, Adam knew his vehicle better than anyother salesman. Because I do a lot of travel for business, my interest in the handsfree phone and inside organization of the car was important to me, Adam even linked my phone on the first visit so I could try the handsfree calling for quality. I want to talk with someone that knowes their cars and Adam was impressive with his knowledge of the Crosstour I bought. I have owned my Crosstour now for 2 months and have driven it 14,000 miles in rain and snow and it handles well, I'm pleased with the car, Adam and the dealership. More

I crashed my old Honda Civic and wanted to get a new Honda with the same kind of extras (such as sun roof). Scott did a great job in telling me about the various models available and made sure that I g Honda with the same kind of extras (such as sun roof). Scott did a great job in telling me about the various models available and made sure that I got what I needed (and wanted) as soon as possible. Once the car was there, he took the time to show the various (new) features to me, set up my blackberry with the phone system in the car, etc. etc. Overall a great experience! More

Chang Her looked after us very well when we came in when Honda offered .9% interest on their 2011 Honda Fit. I wasn't sure that I qualified for the interest rate and was completely happy with my 08 Fit, bu Honda offered .9% interest on their 2011 Honda Fit. I wasn't sure that I qualified for the interest rate and was completely happy with my 08 Fit, but Chang checked it out and when the interest rate offered was available to me, I decided to look into the 2011's that were available. After a little indecision I chose to purchase a new Fit. I came in in the late afternoon on the last day of the offer and Chang and the financial person both stayed pretty late to complete the deal. Mr Her has also followed up by email to make sure that I am happy with my new car. I was very pleased with the entire procedure. This purchase was my sixth Honda, four Accords and two Fits. Since I purchased my first Honda at Buerkle Honda in 1979 I have used Buerkle's service for virtually all of my service and repairs. I have dealt with many different salesmen, servicemen, etc at Buerkle's and have always found them to be courteous and to complete any work on time. When I worked at the University of Minnesota and needed to leave my car during the day, Mr. Buerkle, a very pleasant senior citizen was often the driver and made the trip to work very enjoyable. I think he probably set the example for all of their employees. Great company to do business with. More
Adam was very friendly and helpful. He asnwered all our questions and didn't try to push. He helped us to focus on exactly what was right for us. Scott was courteous, professional, and available even on his days off. When there was a question such as color and 5-speed availability outside of the Buerkle dealership, the answer was delivered in hours. his days off. He had good answers for all of my wife's and my other questions about various model features and add-ons. I used another dealership for price competition and Scott saw to it that Buerkle won. When the auto was ready for pick-up, he was actively involved with teaching us about how to use the auto features. I'm not only impressed with Scott, but also with the people who helped me with my 2 service visits. The 2nd visit was this evening. More
