Hello. I recently came to Vince Whibbs company to look for a vehicle.. My experience was one of the most satisfying I have ever enjoyed with Mr. Juergen Hommer at Vince Whibbs. I found the car online that I liked and called the dealership to talk to Juergen about it. He was very helpful and we scheduled an appointment as I had to get back to work by 3 pm. We test drove the car after checking it out and it didn't take long and I was hooked. But instead of taking advantage of that as some dealership would and I have experienced in the past, I got a great no-pressure service and all my questions answered in a very comfortable atmosphere. Things worked like clockwork and there was no haggling needed as I got a fantastic deal plus good value for my trade-in, fast, friendly service and exactly what I wanted in a reliable late model used car. Their finance manager got me a great rate, over 1.5 percentage points better than I was willing to accept and had all the paperwork done in a timely manner as well as providing great alternatives in additional options and extended warranty coverage. In all my years and vehicles, This was business certainly, but I felt like I was dealing with friends and know that feeling won't change. I have never made a better vehicle decision or selected a better dealership and certainly never a better salesperson.
