Trying to get information from the service department...IMPOSSIBLE! After buying our truck we had a couple questions for service. We tried for 4 days to get someone to communicate with us. We finally called Fahad to see if he could facilitate service to call us back. He did, and on the 4th day we finally spoke to someone in service. This experience would make me really question everything using your several department. You need less automation and more of a focus on customer service! More

If I could put 0 stars, I absolutely would. We bought our vehicle about 6 months ago and haven't driven it much until about 1 month ago, we started using it as our daily driver. In that month, We bought our vehicle about 6 months ago and haven't driven it much until about 1 month ago, we started using it as our daily driver. In that month, we've only driven for just shy of 2 weeks, the rest of the time- it has been getting worked on by repair shops. This was a vehicle that the dealership used as their own, which made us think they would take care of it (they are a dealership for crying out loud). That couldn't be further from the truth! In 2 weeks, we had to fully rebuild our transmission (they had never serviced the transmission once in their years of ownership). We had to put in a new radiator 4 days later. That was a week ago, now we are told that we need to put in a brand new engine. We are in a vehicle that should easily be able to do well over 325K miles and here we are not even half way through that replacing everything. At this point we aren't sure if it is even worth fully replacing the engine because so there are a whole host of other issues that could pop up later down the road like fuel system and so on due to improper care of the vehicle which is exactly what we now know happened. If we go through with replacing the engine we will have put in $15K more into it than we even purchased it for which is absurd in 1 month of driving. We were also told they had leak tested the vehicle and found no leaks, when we opened it up, we saw water inside and they told us it was just wet from them cleaning it. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and found that they did not in fact clean anything, it was leaking. There is also 4 recalls out on our vehicle and it was under their care/use during the time of the recalls being issues and they had about 60K to do something about it and chose not to. Now it is past the point in which we would be able to fix them without cost. If you look through other reviews, you will notice the only 5 star reviews have come in the last handful of months and most likely paid for, anything before that is extremely negative. You aren't even able to add a review to their website without someone reaching out to you directly to get your review first. When you look at Yelp, even the recent reviews aren't great. We also have plenty to say about the actual process of buying through them and the attitude given to us by the financing department when we said that we wanted to pay in cash for the vehicle. We wrote a review internally to the dealership the day after purchasing to discuss our unhappiness with the actual buying process and they told us they would get back to us to talk about it and never ended up contacting us, shocker. They also took an extremely long time to send the title to the DOL, so long in fact that the DOL told us if it would've been 1 day later, we could file complaints with the state and their dealership could be shut down. They also tried to tell us that we didn't pay the registration fee when we purchased the vehicle. I had taken the invoice with us before we left the dealership just so I had record of the pricing, I even asked for a receipt after purchase and never got one. If I didn't take the invoice off the salespersons desk, we wouldn't have had proof that they baked the registration price into our vehicle cost. If this is the level of care they treat their own fleet vehicles with then imagine what they do for cars that aren't their own. More
I visited today GMC buick dealership in Beaverton and I had a very strange experience. I’ll like to give you an overall picture of how it went. I walk into the dealership, talk to a sales man and asked for had a very strange experience. I’ll like to give you an overall picture of how it went. I walk into the dealership, talk to a sales man and asked for a specific vehicle I saw available online. A 2018 GMC Yukon priced at $19.990 ($20k). The salesman said: “I’ll get the keys and bring it down. For you”. I waited with my little son for a couple minutes inside the dealership and every single employee was on their phone and we didn’t received a good morning or any kind of acknowledgment. I didn’t think we need it but I have been in many other dealerships before and people at least says “hi” (basic education) specially when they are representing a business (it’s called being professional, taking pride on your job), additionally they are in the costumer service business but clearly nobody cared. They brought the car with 3 wheels and a fourth one had a “donut wheel” cheap spare on it. The guy opened the vehicle and said “you can take a look inside, I’m going to find out why it has a “donut wheel”. He never had or was interested to show the vehicle, functions, talk about specs or any details. When asked about the over priced they have set. He said that they spend millions of dollars on a program that set the “competitive prices”, that I should go to other dealerships and look at their $20k cars. The he went into how they make sure the car is reliable and they make sure the liability is covered. This vehicle and the salesman screamed “SCAM” and red flags not only for the price but for all the excuses about this vehicle. Poor costumer service. More

Alex was great to work with. He’s a very intuitive young man. I appreciate the available inventory for comparing various models and options. He’s a very intuitive young man. I appreciate the available inventory for comparing various models and options. More
My experience dealing with Tommy Wilson was extremely unprofessional and full of red flags. From the very beginning, he ignored messages, delayed responses, and made it clear he had no real intention of unprofessional and full of red flags. From the very beginning, he ignored messages, delayed responses, and made it clear he had no real intention of working with an out-of-state buyer. What made the situation even worse was Tommy openly stating that they discount their vehicles specifically to gain the business of local buyers because that’s where they make their real money — through service and financing after the sale. In other words, they simply didn’t want to sell to an out-of-state buyer since they couldn’t profit from the extras. On top of that, basic documentation that any buyer should receive was withheld, including a credit report that was never shared despite being requested. The lack of transparency and refusal to follow standard practices is completely unacceptable. This was a frustrating and unnecessary experience. If you’re not a local buyer they think they can squeeze for additional money, don’t expect fair treatment here. I would not recommend dealing with Tommy Wilson or Beaverton GMC. More
