Additionally, please clarify what specific steps the dealership has taken to investigate or remedy my complaint, including any internal review of the sales process, disclosures, and the credit inquiry that was initiated. To date, I have not received documentation, explanations, or corrective action. I am requesting clear communication and transparency, not a generic invitation to “reach out.” Once I receive the appropriate contact information and details of your investigation, I will follow up promptly.
