I attempted to purchase a certified used vehicle from this dealership. I submitted a cash offer and then the sales department informed me that the pricing was based on financing the vehicle even though t this dealership. I submitted a cash offer and then the sales department informed me that the pricing was based on financing the vehicle even though the offer was submitted as a cash offer on their website. I attempted to close the deal then was told that my offer was not accepted and the price had increased significantly. I asked for transparency on the price and the sales contact become belligerent and told me that the dealership sets the price and abruptly hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the dealership manager but the manager would not take my call. I have been a customer of GM for 30 years but due to this experience I will move onto another automotive OE. My advice to others would be to avoid this dealership. Their rating on this site should be a good indicator of what a good dealership isn’t. More
