I just bought a 25 3500HD GMC Sierra from Royal Buick GMC and Justin Walker was my salesman. This dealership was a bit out of my way but I gave them a shot. After searching for several months for the exact truck I wanted, I finally found it at Royal. They were a no pressure type dealership and having a salesman like Justin was a wonderful thing. I dread dealerships and salesman, but they provided me with a beautiful truck at a fair price without any pressure. Justin Walker was awesome and always there to answer any email, text or call that was related to the truck. It's a nice dealership and clean, also extended hours. Everyone i encounted at Royal was terrific including Jessica and Arrianna. Justin made this transaction easy and simple. I definitely would recommend Justin, and Royal Buick GMC as a good possibility to search for your next vehicle.

Service Dept. is a Travesty! Lying thieves! Stay away!!! I bought a used 2022 Terrain from them which seems Ok. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. They talked me into a 30K maintenance, which included a wheel alignment. Since my "Check AWD System" light had come on I thought an alignment might be a good idea. In addition, They did a dirty cabin filter replacement, which was NOT included in the 30K listing (additional $140). When I went to check out the alignment was not listed on the bill. When I asked if it was done, I got a blank stare. They never checked the AWD. I feel I was lied to about the service being performed. A blank stare and a $775 bill. All prices were made up on the fly and were negotiable. They tried to charge an extra 3% for using a credit card. My first and last time at that joke of a place. Never again.

The customer service is outstanding and it’s a family run business so they REALLY do treat you like family. Down to every last detail they ensure you are 105% satisfied with your vehicle before you buy. They are not your typical car salesmen and don’t try and sell you lemons or give you one liners. I’ve visited other GMCs that were closer to me but nothing compares to the caring nature and service you’ll get here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
