Deceptive Business Practices Manager Stephen, acting in concert with Sales Professional Marlena, defrauded my handicapped elderly mother out of $500. Specifically, my mother was i Manager Stephen, acting in concert with Sales Professional Marlena, defrauded my handicapped elderly mother out of $500. Specifically, my mother was interested in buying a new car, but wasn't ready to commit, wanting to have family review the terms beforehand - so she would not sign a contract or even verbally agree to buy a car. The manager and salesperson pressured her into giving them a check which they repeatedly promised they would not cash until and unless she decided to buy. They said that if she decided not to buy, she could call and they would "tear up the check." Two days later, we returned to Mahwah Buick requesting the check back. Marlena had us wait while she went to get the check, but instead the check was deposited while we were standing there - as evidenced by the bank's time stamp. My mom filed a complaint with the NJ Attorney General's office, and we are proceeding with legal action to get her money back. When deceptive business practices emanate from such a high level, it indicates the conduct is acceptable throughout the business. Buy elsewhere! More

The receptionist was warm and welcoming and then I had Joseph Anthony as my salesman who went over and beyond with helping me pick out the vehicle I wanted. Joe, the sales manager and Cirilo, the fiance manager were so friendly and made my experience even better than I ever expected it to be. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership! More

We came over to the dealership at 15 minutes before closing. Joseph N. Met us and sat down to talk with us. He never rushed us , he discussed what we were looking for and showed us the truck we were interested in. We returned the next morning to finalize everything. They detailed the truck and we took it home that afternoon. Joe and staff could not have been friendlier. There was never any pressure to push the sale, he wanted to make sure that we were happy about the decision we were making. It was a perfect fit. We would gladly return here for a future purchase. This Marine wife is thankful for KRYSTLE!! My husband is a US Marine and when he was deployed I had issues with my vehicle. Having 3 kids I need my vehicle to get repaired correctly for safety but also quickly!! I was lucky to call and get Krystle on the phone. She was so helpful, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and got my vehicle fixed right away! I was so thankful for the help since I know nothing about cars. When my husband came home he was extremely happy with the work done and the price! Now we only take our cars to Krystle for repairs and routine maintenance!
