Mr. Harbison was wonderful! My old college car tanked and my husband decided it was time for something new. After driving to a few dealerships and being unsatisfied with the customer service and the quality my husband decided it was time for something new. After driving to a few dealerships and being unsatisfied with the customer service and the quality of vehicles, my husband suggested checking dealerships in the Athens area. Bulldog Kia was the first place we checked. When Rob spoke with us he was open and honest. As my husband said he, "didn't blow smoke". He showed us a few cars, helped us find one in our price range and worked with us for multiple hours to make sure we left happy. He was wonderful and helping negotiate a suitable monthly payment so we could leave with keys in hand. Not only were we impressed with the level of service Rob provided, but the dealership even sent a representative with us to drive our trade-in vehicle back [from Lawrenceville] so we didn't have to. We are very happy with our purchase and will be back if we ever need another car. Thank you Bulldog Kia! More
