I was really impressed with Bulldog Kia and especially with the sales associate, Robert Harbison. It took me several weeks from the time that I first spoke with Rob before I came in, but he remembered me. He was very thorough in explaining the Kia Sorento to us and all about the vehicle from the front to the back - about the warranty, the engine, and all the features of the car. My husband and I felt very comfortable about making a decision to purchase the Kia Sorento. Rob was very polite, respectful in talking to us, concerned about our needs in a vehicle, and pleasant to interact with. We had our grandson with us, who can be a handful even with two of us dealing with him, but Rob was great in dealing with him which made it easy for us to concentrate on deciding whether we wanted to purchase the car. I would not want to purchase another vehicle without the advice and help of someone like Rob. He is certainly an asset to Bulldog Kia. The other sales associates were also very pleasant when we walked into the dealership - they all spoke and smiled and asked if they could be of service. I am a returning customer to Bulldog Kia. Only because both times were the absolute best car buying experience EVER! I purchased a 2010 Kia Soul earlier this year and just became unhappy with the manual t both times were the absolute best car buying experience EVER! I purchased a 2010 Kia Soul earlier this year and just became unhappy with the manual transmission. I called Mr. Montalvo and told him I was coming in and just as the first purchase, this was FANTASTIC. There is no high pressure, no high stress, and no overbearing sales pitches. I went in to buy another Soul and they found me a deal on a 2013 Sorento that was a much better deal. I am impressed that that they didn't want to just sell me a car. From previous experiences at other dealerships, the purchase of vehicles has always been stressful, but with Mr. White and Mr. Motalvo it was relaxed and enjoyable. They actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing and they made it really fun. We love our new car, and we will definately return to Bulldog Kia in the future. More
