Everyone we dealt with at Bulldog Kia was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We originally spoke with DeNorris Ross, but "sealed the deal" with James Montalvo. My first contact for this purchase was by an email that was sent to me when I responded to an online inquiry. When Steven White sent me the original email, I ask that he not call me and he did not, which was sent to me when I responded to an online inquiry. Past experience with car salesmen made me think that I would be receiving a call from him any minute, which did not happen. He did send me a message asking that I ask for him when I came into the dealership, which I did. When I arrived a the dealership, I ask for him by name and in a couple of minutes he came and introduced himself to me and my wife. Steven was very friendly and outgoing. I told him what we wanted to see and he took us to the cars. We decided on which one we wanted to test drive. While test driving it, he showed us some of the features of the car and answered any questions that I asked. Steven appears to an extremely honest and courteous salesman and above all he was very professional. There was absolutely no high pressure selling at all, which was something else that impressed me. I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my lifetime and I have never been so impressed with a dealership in my life. After the deal was done, paperwork completed, and the car delivered, Steven came out and sat with me in the car and answered other questioned and showed me other features on the car. He spent 10 to 15 minutes with me that he did not have too. I will definitely recommend Bulldog Kia and I will especially recommend Steven White as the person to deal with. More
