From the lease negotiation inception I felt like the process was transparent, honest and fair. There was no typical dealership number games. Numbers were presented to me in black and white, on paper, and explained in detail. The salesman Alex Mincola, knew the product line from bumper to bumper. All questions were answered with obvious knowledge and passion. The sales team leader Tony Diceaser was also very knowledgeable and quickly came to introduce himself to me and got to an agreeable price with in minutes. The price point was the best in the region, and I felt confident I had landed a great deal. I also met the other sales team leaders in Joe Iannotta, and Nick Schrader, both of whom offered their handshake and a warm welcome to the burdick BMW family Upon delivery my expectations were again exceeded. The car was in pristine condition. I was explained the car, features and warranty in great detail by Alex. I also met the service manager David Gallardo, and was given a direct number to call for service or any needs related mechanically speaking regarding the car. I have had several service visits for routine maintenance and those visits were also beyond exceptional. My experience from day one at burdick BMW has been by far, the best, I have ever had in the automotive buying realm. I have referred many friends and family to the dealership, and they too rave about the dealership. I have even convinced friends who are brand loyal to cross over from similar brands like Porsche and Audi to try the BMW experience at burdick. They are life long customers now as am I. In a culture of cut throat sales pitches, high pressure tactics, and ultra competitive dealership mentality, it's really reassuring to find a dealer who knows you by first name when walking in, a dealer who responds to emails, texts and calls swiftly, and most importantly one who values your business. Burdick BMW is THAT dealership, and luckily for me is right in central New York. More

Buying our leased car Thirty nine months ago on December 25, 2013 our children brought us to our driveway and surprised us with a 2015 BMW. That beautiful car with the bright red bow was a total surprise from two wonderful children. We had been driving a 1998 Honda CRV through those years as we supported these boys through college and medical school.. We had never had a luxury car and the BMW did not disappoint. This spring it was time to decide to either buy out the lease or search for another vehicle. We did search, but nothing compared. Our initial sales associate left so we were directed to Joe Iannotta and Matt Scott who helped us with every possible detail of the process. They were polite, patient, very knowledgeable and sincere in guiding us through this process. This week we were invited to a BMW welcome back event. Joe Iannotta shared a powerpoint presentation that was informative and then Matt Scott took the time to review several features on our old (new) car. We truly appreciated their attention to our sale. Damaged during service Damaged our 15 x5 during. It was hit in the front bumper requiring repainting the bumper. The service manager Dave Labarge argued it did not happen t Damaged our 15 x5 during. It was hit in the front bumper requiring repainting the bumper. The service manager Dave Labarge argued it did not happen there however it was not damaged when we left the vehicle with them. They did decide to repair it however the repair was the worst I had ever seen. The Paint work was ok however there were scratches in the hood where they had set a can or bottles of some sort along with a huge gouge in the driver's headlight and there was buffing compound spatter all over the front of the car. Dave once again said it did not happen there even though we both had inspected the car together when we left it for the bumper repair and the headlight and good were undamaged. He said I would have to pay to fix those issues. I was afraid to let them touch the car again so I paid another dealer to fix the car and sold it so I would not have to deal Burdicks again. I did ask to speak the owner and was denied that request. I also called BMW customer relations and they did nothing as well. Seems as I am not a valuable enough customer for BMW or Burdicks. During all of this I found other reviews with similar issues. Some of the good reviews were from there employees acting as customers goes to show the dealers integrity. Stay away from both in my opinion. More

Alex Mincola, sales, ably assisted me in getting what I wanted at a fair price. I went to the Encore event, and highly recommend doing this, as it helps you understand the complex electronics system. Love my new car, and so do all my friends. More
