Worst experience at this dealership. Found the specific car I wanted to buy, reached out to the dealer and tried to make a deposit, no valid engagement or response for two straight days. Most people I spoke to appeared incompetent and acted as if they had never worked in the industry. Reached out to the GM to discuss with no response. In contrast reached out to another dealer - Vision - and they bent over backwards to help. My advice would be not to shop here, two many options of dealers who want to help you. More

My 2023 hyundai santa fe is making a noise,been doing it since shortly after I purchased the car new. It has been getting louder and more consistent over time. I took it in to service at least 4 times and h since shortly after I purchased the car new. It has been getting louder and more consistent over time. I took it in to service at least 4 times and have had 3 different people test drive the car, one time I drove the car with a technician who agreed there is a noise. Another visit the service manager went with me and he agreed there is a noise. The last time I took it in, I left it with them for a week, when I came back to get it, I was told, they couldn't find the source of the noise and there is nothing they can do. I filed a complaint with hyundai usa. They look into it and got back to me in short order. I was told by my case manager that the service manager said that after taking it for several test drives, they did not hear a noise. They lied to hyundai usa. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BURDICK HYUNDAI!
