He could not remember. Had car serviced and repaired at other Hyundai dealership. Two cars purchased from Burdick NEVER AGAIN! More

Service Terrible service lied about shuttle.service didnt address bsd alert on my 2105 Genisis because it was't on at the time. Didnt fix slow creaky sunroof. Deceitful-Buyer Beware! Test drove and signed a contract for a car and at delivery, without my knowledge or consent, was given a different car! Discovered it 2 days later whe Test drove and signed a contract for a car and at delivery, without my knowledge or consent, was given a different car! Discovered it 2 days later when something didn't seem right and in checking saw it was a different VIN than the one in the signed contract. Worst part: the reason for the switch was an EMPLOYEE 'needed' a car ASAP. He took my car and had a similar car shipped in another from out of town. Had I been asked and or told this happened there would have not been a problem. But they slipped it by hoping I wouldn't notice. The deceitfulness of this dealership is unacceptable. I will not return there for service.....can't trust them! More

Bad customer service I bought a brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra in June 2018 and I’ve brought my car back 3 times for heat related issues and they can’t seem to fix it. Each time I bring it back I’m given a hard time and lame excuses of why it hasn’t been fixed properly. They’re customer service is terrible and they never explain to me whats going on with the car and never show any sort of compassion. I don’t trust them at all and will not be buying a car from there again. More
