"Free" Extended Warranty The customer service representative I dealt with was cordial. However, he tried to "trick" me into purchasing a $2,000 warranty, claiming it was inclu The customer service representative I dealt with was cordial. However, he tried to "trick" me into purchasing a $2,000 warranty, claiming it was included for free. It was only after I mentioned that the MSRP of the vehicle was $7,000 less than he was quoting us that he revealed it was due to the warranty he had just told us was added for free. As a frugal young adult, fortunately I spotted the discrepancy, and my husband and I asked for the break down of the final amount. I then declined the $2,000 additional payment for the "free" extended warranty, adding quite a bit of time to our time spent at the dealership. I would suggest for the future that this dealership is more straightforward with their customers. More
