The experience was great. I called on Friday and we met with Richard on Saturday. The car looks great, has low mileage and would fill our needs.We had owned an Elantra in the past and we very comfortable with Richard on Saturday. We had planned on picking up the car after work on Monday, Richard called to let us know that someone else was interested and was going to be there at 3pm. We made arrangements and got there before the other people and got the car that we wanted. Richard went over everything in the car with us and made sure that we did not have any questions before we left. I see us coming back and doing business with Richard again. The person in the business department that secured our loan was also amazing. There have been some financial problems in the last few years and he was able to get us a loan in the price range that we wanted that included gap insurance. This was my second car that I have bought from Burlington Hyundai. This car purchase went well. The color I wanted was not on the lot so they found one in a different state.
