I brought my 2022 Kia Sorento in for a scheduled maintenance and to diagnose engine misfires and a check engine light. The car was in works soon after arrival, the scheduled maintenance completed qu maintenance and to diagnose engine misfires and a check engine light. The car was in works soon after arrival, the scheduled maintenance completed quickly, and the source of the check engine light determined. I was informed that the problem was covered under the existing warranty and it was repaired. While test driving the car, mechanics identified a rattling sound that I have been listening to since I purchased the car used from CarMax. They identified the source of the noise, even though I did not mention the noise when I brought in the car, and then informed me that this was also covered under the warranty. I found the quality of the work and professionalism to be exceptional and will definitely continue to have my car serviced here. Thank you. More
