We visited the Dealership about a month ago to check out the Optima. We weren't quite ready to buy that night and the staff was understanding. We agreed on a price and they had it swapped from another dealer. Gary was very pleasant and patient ( a long story about our "fun" search for the perfect pinstripe color). What a wonderful place to buy a new car. I received a call from Gus after filling out a thing on Truecar.com. The next day I called before I went to make sure they still have the car and I spoke with Dane and he said the car is still there, when I told him I was driving an hour and a half and that I wanted that car he said he would make sure no one else looked at the car. When I got there I was greeted by Gus he was so nice he got the car ready for a test drive and we went and drove it. I loved the car and when we got back he and everyone else did everything to get me the lowest interest rate. While I was there everyone was so nice and I felt at home in this dealership. Joe did all my paperwork with me for my finance and was very proficient. They stayed after the dealership closed to make sure I left that night with the car. This was a great car buying experience.
