I went with my daughter to start shopping for a car. From the time we were greeted by Elvin to working with Ed our experience was wonderful. Elvin and Ed were not only professional but very very compassionate to our situation and need for a car. They really worked with us in finding the right car for my daughter. I feel they went over and above to make sure our experience was a good one and especially making sure my daughter was able to get the right car. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone looking to purchase a car. Ed took his time and we never felt rushed at all. He made sure we felt comfortable and that we had all the time in the world. (We were there late on a Saturday afternoon). He was quite "charming". Overall it was a great experience. Ed took the time to show me everything the car had to offer. He was very knowledgable about his product.I felt that he put me in the best car possible for me a 2012 serento sx. Mr. Miller was very friendly and responsive to us. We pulled up at 5:15pm, when the hours stated they were open until 6pm. I had my heart set on a Kia Soul for about a year and knew it was time to go get one. I went to another Kia dealership and wasnt happy and remembered friends recommended Burlington Kia. Gary was there to great me and he was extremely helpful and accomidating...he showed me so many different colors of the Soul . I decided on a white one and he came with me for a test drive and was very explanatory on the car. He also helped me get it financed since I dont have A-1 credit. He helped me with tying up some lose ends with my trade in. i would recommend this dealership and Gary Abrams to anyone looking for a Kia!!! I came all the way from Jersey City to Burlington Kia based on these other reviews and it was worth it. I hadn’t bought a car in 7 years and honestly I was nervous and not looking forward to it, but Gary based on these other reviews and it was worth it. I hadn’t bought a car in 7 years and honestly I was nervous and not looking forward to it, but Gary welcomed me right away and took a lot of the pressure off. I had a print out of the Rio I wanted to see in hand. I had an old beat up car that wasn’t worth much. I didn’t have that much cash to put down, but I had pretty good credit and a monthly payment in my head. Gary and I worked it out quickly and easily and I drove off with a beautiful new car. Gary was committed to making sure I was satisfied. Case in point: I drove off the lot and remembered I left my EZ Pass tag in my old car. When I returned to get it, Gary came out to me right away to make sure I wasn’t having any problems with the car. More
We had a terrible experience at this dealership!!! I called to make sure the car we were interested was still in stock. I had told them we had been to 2 other dealers and did the test driving and I jus called to make sure the car we were interested was still in stock. I had told them we had been to 2 other dealers and did the test driving and I just wanted a price for the car. I was told I needed to come in to get the bottom line,but they would be direct and to the point and not play any games.I was given an appointment with Dane the general manager. Well the games began when we walked through the door. They needed all kind of personal information and I had to sign a form for the privacy act before they would talk about a price. I am sure all of this will be used for solicitation. Then we were told the car had been sold about 2 hours before we got there. I had spoken with an employee a hour before we arrived and it was never mentioned the car was sold. Then we ask to speak with the general manger they had set the appointment with. We were told he was not there,he works the early shift. They set up the appointment so I am not sure when his hours changed. Then when we were not able to purchase anything I asked for the papers they had written all my personal info on returned to me. The sales man was very sneaky took the info to the copier to make a copies. When I approached him he said he was doing what Marc his general manager told him to do. I asked Marc for my information to be returned to me and was rudely told they needed a copy. To say the least this was a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
