My husband and I test drove a few Kia's at a local dealership, but passed Burlington Kia several times and stopped in on a Sunday when they were closed. We decided to go back to Burlington to talk to them as we saw a car on their lot that was the color and model we wanted to purchase. I actually emailed with the Internet Manager on our way over and John met us at the door. While we were sitting there, all of the sales people who had walked by us, greeted us, even if it was with a smile. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Due to time restraints, we were not purchasing the vehicle on our first visit (Saturday July 9) but assured them that we would be back on Tuesday, July 12 and if the number were right, we would be purchasing the car. I felt they were very upfront and forward with us, not too pushy, and in return, we told them our expectations and they were far sufficed. I also appreciated that when my husband and I sat with Mike - the finance guy - he not only went over everything and every available option, but I was most impressed that he did not print up the agreements until we decided if we were taking any additional options. The last time I purchased a car - from a totally different dealer - They would not give me any information about the loan for 3 full days and then when we went to sign the paperwork...they had added all kinds of additional things in there that we did not want. Needless to say - this experience was 100 times better than our last, and we would strongly recommend Burlington Auto Group and Kia to our Friends and family! More

I have given this Dealership and LaKeith the highest rating available. When arriving at the dealership, no one harassed us and asked us a billion q Wuestions, until we were ready. Everybody was extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable being there; kinda of like we new everybody there already and were just visiting. LaKeith McCallum, a four year member of the Kia team, was very nice and pretty much answered all of our questions, and some that we didn't even know to ask. The whole entire process ran very smooth. LaKeith was very, very knowledgeable about the Kia brand and the steps that it's taking to become one of the leading names in the automotive industry. When we took the vehicle (Kia Forte) for a test drive, he explained all the features and how it benefited me. He didn't try to "sell" the product, meaning he didn't try to con us into buying a car, we really didn't want, he just merely told us the facts and let us make the decision. The closing process was just as easy and swift. My wife is now making the decision to return to that dealership, this following week to hopefully purchase the 2011 Kia Optima. We are looking forward to seeing the entire staff again and already made an appointment with LaKeith McCallum to drive and have him help us with our next Kia. He definitely is very professional, along with entire Kia staff at Burlington Kia. More

My husband and I received a call from Mr Abrams about trading in our Explorer SUV for another used car. From the very beginning Mr. Abrams was polite, courteous and very professional. Mr. Abrams greeted us with a bright smile and he was so very nice. He explained to us both what our options were and he work so hard to get us the right deal within our budget range. I highly recommend Mr Abrams for his dedication, motivation and for making our visit at Kia such a wonderful experience. We not only receive the car we wanted but it was a brand new car (2012). Me and my husband never expected this to happen to us but thanks to Mr Abrams who was determine to make to make this car deal happen. My husband and I knew our 12 year old Mercury Sable was on it's last legs, and I had been very interested in the Kia Sorento for some time. I found Burlington Kia on the internet, and filled out an intere on it's last legs, and I had been very interested in the Kia Sorento for some time. I found Burlington Kia on the internet, and filled out an interest questionnaire. I received a $100 coupon, plus a phone call from Gary Abrams within an hour of my inquiry. I was able to tell him what we were interested in and he assured me they had some Sorentos that met our needs. When I arrived at the dealership, he was waiting for me. It really took the pressure off of me to be able to walk in to the dealership and have someone waiting for me, since my husband was initially unable to come with me to look. Gary was so very friendly, helpful, and patient. He went through the car and explained all of the features- including the very important safety features and ratings. He showed me where all of the departments were located in the dealership, and also alerted me to Burlington Kia's "new tires for life" offer. I have not always had positive experiences with car salesman from other dealerships- but Gary was excellent. I was able to find exactly what we were looking for- and am so happy to have chosen the Sorento. It is an amazing car with great looks and features. When my husband arrived a few hours later, we were able to complete our purchase! By the time we completed the paperwork, the detailing shop was closed (understandable at 8:00 on Saturday night), so I was able to return for a full detail a few days later at my convenience. More
