Gary Abrahms was courteous and friendly. From the start he asked us what kind of car we were interested in and our price range. He showed us cars in that price range and brought some other suggestions to he asked us what kind of car we were interested in and our price range. Gary and several other folks, including Mike Barse, stayed hours late after closing to complete the sale. We thought the final price was fair and the entire transaction was professional. One suggestion - I didn't expect to close the deal at that time and so I came unprepared for the tag transfer and without the vehicle I would I have traded in. That is the only snag in th eoperation but it did not take away from the sales experience. More
When I went to Burlington Kia, I knew that I had a Sorento in mind and needed to trade in my car. I had been to another Kia dealer and they did not listen to the things that I wanted which I made cle Sorento in mind and needed to trade in my car. I had been to another Kia dealer and they did not listen to the things that I wanted which I made clear when I walked into the showroom. This caused the other dealer to give me a very high payment quote and thus lose a sale. Gary listened to all of the things that I was looking for from the very beginning - from color of the Sorento to my monthly payment requests. Both Gary and the Financing Department worked with me to allow me to purchase the car I was looking for at a price that worked for me. It has been a month and I love my new Sorento! More

He then followed up with a few land line conversations in reference to what we were interested in. At no time was he pushy, just being helpfull and informative. My wife and I finally visited a couple of the few of the dealers, the last one being Burlington Kia, and finally meeting Ed face to face. From his opening greeting to the finale handshake, he, Rich York & Mike B all contributed to this buying experience being much more consumer friendly than many other dealers. After some give and take on both sides We purchased a Kia Soul at a VERY competitive price & will strongly recommend Burlington Kia to family and friends looking for the brands of vehicles that they carry. To Ed and Mike , thanks again for all your patience and help & on a lighter note , to Rich York, Sales Manager of Burlington Kia, despite your best intentions, that private stash of decafe coffee REALLY tastes lousy. lololol.
