I had the best buying experience here. I was treated like a person/friend not a $ sign. My sales rep Dery Santos was amazing. Not only did I have a terrible experience buying the car, it now has major issues. I took it for its 1st oil change, and it came back that it needs $4000 to repair. First of all, I would like to thank Gary, Joe, and Pete for a fantastic overall experience at Burlington Kia on Saturday. They all made sure my fiancé and I felt like we were welcome from the moment we wal for a fantastic overall experience at Burlington Kia on Saturday. Gary was knowledgeable and very honest every step of the way, which I genuinely appreciated. Breath of fresh air. He worked with us on a fair deal that worked for everyone involved, and made sure we didn't leave any stone left unturned throughout the entire buying process, which was as smooth as ice and relatively stress-free, unlike most trips to many dealerships. Burlington Kia ended up being the diamond in the rough we were looking for all along, and I feel very honored to have had such a wonderful all-around experience with Gary (our car dealer), Joe in sales, and Pete in finance. Great, down to earth, quality people who were willing to listen and work with my fiancé and I on something we were comfortable with in the end, without any pressure. I can't thank them enough for their time, their patience, and especially for their treatment of us. Reasonable from start to finish. We purchased the new 2023 Kia EV6 Wind, and we are absolutely thrilled to now be a part of the Kia family, officially! This is the vehicle we were targeting for awhile, after many months of deep research. I have owned two Sonata's prior, and both Hyundai and Kia are really on their game nowadays! Gary made sure we checked out all of the EV6 options that they had available. We were very impressed with the quality inside and out. We went for a few test drives, just cracking jokes and talking a little about life. He really knows his stuff, and he's been in the business for a long time. I respect that, and as a customer who has to trust the process, I really appreciate that. Anyway, as I’ve highlighted, my personal experience was just absolutely phenomenal all around, unlike any I've had over the years in and out of dealerships around the NJ/NY area. I would highly recommend anyone in or around the New Jersey area that is interested in a quality, hassle-free car buying/trading experience to head on over to Burlington Kia. Ask for these gentlemen. We 1st visited the Cherry Hill location. However, no one came outside to greet us. So we left after walking around for about 15 minutes. We then decided to visit the Burlington location. After approximately 5-7 minutes, our future sales representative, Chris Agustin, came outside and greeted us. Chris asked us about our purpose for visiting, and what our wants and need were in car shopping. He was not pushy, nor aggressive in conversing with us. In doing so, he made us comfortable and confident in deciding to conduct business with him and Kia of Burlington. When all was done, I purchased my forever car with a huge discount and no money down...Best birthday gift ever!! More

After Frank refused to honor a service contract I had with the dealership, yelled at me, spoke down to me, and lied about not maintaining service records, I was unhappy, reached out to the GM, and left a poor google review. Marcus reached out, seemingly trying to help, but never responded to any voicemails I left him over a series of months. It felt like he was just trying to play it up for the internet, with no intention of ever reaching back out. And he never did. The whole experience felt like a huge scam, and this is a dealership that I would not recommend using for purchases and service. More
