Burlington KIA accepted the Kelley Blue Book value for my vehicle. They wrote in emails that that would be the price they would pay and to consider my vehicle sold. When we got there they understandably want vehicle. They wrote in emails that that would be the price they would pay and to consider my vehicle sold. Basically, the problem we encountered was with a certain person in the service department., Frank Menc..... in reality, people can be a reflection of a business. We had dealt with him for 3 months over a replacement part that was to solve our problem. He treated my husband unprofessionally, and would not give him correct information to solve the problems. We had to go to an outside mechanic, who solved our problem immediately. we incurred a $200.00 charge. This is poor customer service. More

Initially I was content with Kia. Problem developed when I had to deal with a particular Service manager, Frank. His demeanor was dismissive and he would not assist me with a solution to my problem, namel I had to deal with a particular Service manager, Frank.
