We drove from NH to attend a next day event in northern VT when the dashboard lit up with warning lights. Drove straight to the Burlington dealership. Micayla Bell immediately put us at ease, diagnosed the problem part which was under warranty and put us into a loaner so we could make the next day event. Our car was ready a day later. Can’t say enough about the friendly, professional and knowledgeable service and the ability to alleviate our concerns during a stressful time. Didn’t meet Jake who worked on the car but after watching a video, replacing the thermo control valve is no quick or easy feat! Can’t say enough about the wonderful service!
