At my recent visit to Burlington Subaru, Kenyon greeted me, took my maintenance requests. To my delight, not only was my car serviced in a timely fashion, but, the interior dashboard was cleaned and floor me, took my maintenance requests. To my delight, not only was my car serviced in a timely fashion, but, the interior dashboard was cleaned and floor vacuumed. This unexpected treat was appreciated, as I was heading out of town and had intended to do my own cleaning. In addition, given the frigid weather of the day, I was awarded a complimentary car wash at a local spot. This, too, was appreciated. Thanks go to all. We bought our Subaru Legacy GT 6 months ago. We brought it to the dealership due to an issue with the transaxle bearings. Kenyon was fantastic. Even though the car was not under warranty anymore he had it it to the dealership due to an issue with the transaxle bearings. Kenyon was fantastic. Even though the car was not under warranty anymore he had it repaired with no cost to us. We are really impressed with the level of customer service. Our salesperson was Chris Cassidy. He was very helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to get answers (the few he did not have at his fingertips) to questions we had. He also was accommodating with and friendly, and went out of his way to get answers (the few he did not have at his fingertips) to questions we had. He also was accommodating with a couple of after-the-sale issues that arose: credit for a small dent on a rear door panel and credit upon our reversal about getting upholstery and body protective treatment. He was enthusiastic about his products without being at all pushy, and gave us easy opportunities to test-drive different models. I would have given all 5's above, but chose good (4) for price since I thought it was fair - great (5) would have required a significant deal or much higher trade-in on our old car. More
I had a problem with my block heater failing, with temperatures this week going below 0 degrees F. Burlington Subaru got me in right away for servicing. I dealt with Kenyon as the service advisor. In addition to getting the best deal on the vehicle you want, Chris can also help you deal w/the separation anxiety related to trading in your vehicle & answer any questions you may have. After having a poor experience at another dealership, I was hesitant on going into Burlington Subaru. I really like that Chris listened to what I wanted in a car and answered all questions. He really knows the cars and all the features. He was very personable and patient with me and my family! I really like that he went over all the options a few times and then sat back and let me decide what I wanted without any pressure. That is the way to make me into a returning customer!
