Service department is inept & unhelpful. Purchased a new ID4 from them (at MSRP). Had issues within 2 weeks after making it undriveable. Service Department refused to even look at the car for 2 weeks and ID4 from them (at MSRP). Had issues within 2 weeks after making it undriveable. VW Corporate finally found me a different dealer to take the vehicle to who has treated me well and provided me with a service loaner. I will never buy another car from this dealer again & suggest you don’t either. More

Negative Star!!! Had the worst experience at this VW dealer. The sales manager, Jeff Feinberg was very aggressive and brash with his tone. Jeff told me that it was a wasted time and embarrassing to even tell me their best price because they can’t match it. They didn’t even give me the courtesy of telling me the price of the vehicle for me to make a decision. DON’T GO THERE!!! I recommend visiting Salem County VW dealer. They are a smaller dealer but very nice and honest with you. I rather pay little more for service and being treated as a customer!!! More
