One CALL... I tried calling my previous VW dealership One CALL... I tried calling my previous VW dealership to ask a few questions. I had some history with them since I had previously purchased two VW’s One CALL... I tried calling my previous VW dealership to ask a few questions. I had some history with them since I had previously purchased two VW’s since 2006. But to my surprise they never returned my calls... ??? :( I then contacted Burlington VW and spoke with Sharon Nash and she suggested I come in and speak with one their sales reps... I did... This is when I met Christian Cerrone. Christian spent a lot of time with me in helping me make a good decision. After he had shown all the different models of cars on the lot, not only did I end up trading my old car in( for a good price ) I also purchased a new 2012 EOS TSI with all the bells. As it turned out this became a good trip for me as well as them. The team of people I met ( Christian, Sharon, Chris and Jim McKenna ) at Burlington VW were very personable, knowledgeable and professional in helping me make the best deal...
