When we came to Burlinton VW,we were coming to get my 2005 Jetta repaired, then we met Patrick. He is a real people person and asked us just to look at the new Jettas. My only negative is when Patrick was done with us we waited far to long to finalize the deal. We actually had to go out to dinner and come back and still wait. Our total time there was about 7 hours. I went to this Burlington vw 3 times the first 2 times they told me they had a particular car in stock ( i called before going it is over a hour drive) and when I got there they did not but wanted to sel they told me they had a particular car in stock ( i called before going it is over a hour drive) and when I got there they did not but wanted to sell me one like it. The only reason I went a 3rd time was because they had the car I wanted and it was a used cars this time. After my purchase Burlington failed to contact my insurenace company. They also failed to contact me when my reg showed up, when I call they told me it had been there for over a week. Unless you know they have what you want I would go to a dif VW dealer. I have owned 4 vws and Burlington vw is by far the worst dealer i have delt with. More
