My experience with Christian and Frank at Burlington VW was quite exceptional. It was everything you would hope for and more. I have serious credit issues and very little cash and though i am kind and soft was quite exceptional. It was everything you would hope for and more. I have serious credit issues and very little cash and though i am kind and soft spoken I am a challenge to 'sell a car to". Well, both Christian and Frank worked so hard to help me drive off with a new Jetta. At one point it looked like it was not going to happen but they stayed at it exploring every possible way we could get to meet my number. The amazing part of what they did was get me to understand and readjust my thinking about what a good deal is. They made sense but they did so without ever making me feel bad about my current situation. I am happy to report i am the very excited owner of a 2011 Jetta! I must add that the last step was meeting with Peter Ferenz to do the 'paper work' and, like Frank and Christian he was helpful, efficient and kind. Nice qualities from a really nice and hard working group of people. I also got to meet Kate the cashier who was pleasant and helpful. I am 53 years old and this is my 19th car i have leased/purchased and it was truly the best experience to date. I highly recommend this dealership. Very little haggling with Christian. Gave a fair price on my trade-in and honored the pre-negotiated rate. The only thing that bothered me was the that the car was obviously being driven by someone at th on my trade-in and honored the pre-negotiated rate.
