JT had me to to the parts dept and purchase it and while I was in the process of making the purchase he came to the parts dept with my old filter in hand and told me sir ,you dont need to change this filter ,this one is still clean. I ask you how many would have done that , most would have just sold me the part . However JT seemed more concerned about me wasting money that making a sale and a service ,this I call honesty in service hard to find these days. More

Bad news great service Nobody wants to buy a used car from a discount car lot to only discover that some of the main computer components were messed up and needed to be rep Nobody wants to buy a used car from a discount car lot to only discover that some of the main computer components were messed up and needed to be replaced. This was my second Chevy dealership that I took my used hummer H3 to for Service I had antitheft malfunctions and tire senor alarms along with radio components we’re giving off errors after only owning it for two days It took them no time to get new parts shipped and the entire vehicle brought back to life like a brand new vehicle. They also were realistic as far as how much it would cost to fix the vehicle because anytime electrical is involved there could be more components bad ones replacing the main board I was treated with respect and urgency at all times I will definitely visit this dealership for service they have earned a customer for life More
