I just completed a remote-purchase of used vehicle purchase with Levi at Burns Ford (I live in Denver). The buying experience was exceptional! Levi and I agreed to a price very quickly. There were some delays with the shipping company he had planned to use...so Levi quickly found an alternative company to use. Throughout this entire process Levi PROACTIVELY kept me informed/updated. When the vehicle arrived it was in perfect condition as described by Levi. I can honestly tell you that my buying experience with Levi/Burns Ford was tremendous! Levi was extremely processional, friendly and committed to an exceptional "complete buying experience" for me. Based on my experience I would absolutely recommend working with Levi and feel extremely comfortable buying a vehicle remotely. I will seek out Levi and Burns Ford the next time I am in the market for a vehicle...even though I live in Denver! More

I have perhaps already shared my experience with Burns and specifically Levi, with no less than half a dozen people. I have purchased many cars over the years (new and used)and I can say WITHOUT hesitati and specifically Levi, with no less than half a dozen people. I have purchased many cars over the years (new and used)and I can say WITHOUT hesitation, that the experience I had with Levi, from the moment I saw him in the parking lot, to the moment I drove away in a new Mustang a week later, was nothing less than the best ever. Levi listened to every single request I had at the onset and followed up swiftly and completely. He was diligent, thorough, consistent and superior throughout the experience. Levi also worked within a very specific perameter I set for my trade and the car I was looking for. He stayed in touch while he looked to make the transaction reality and never waivered from a clear, honest, professional and helpful path. Honestly, I've never had a more pleasurable experience buying a car, nor a more streamlined and efficient experience. To be fair and relative, I visited another Ford dealership several days prior to meeting Levi and the experience while fine, was not even on the same playing field with Burns. Levi carried Burns (and himself) at a level honestly above anything I can remember witnessing in a long time- within ANY product or service category. Levi is phenomenal at what he does which is to say taking care of his clients and making them feel valued. Beyond Levi, my experience with finance and delivery of my new Mustang from Burns was also fantastic. I'll continue to encourage people I know to give Burns the opportunity to find them a car- Ford and or otherwise. Again- Levi is in the top 1% of any sales professional I've EVER encountered. More
