I made the appointment via online. only to find out you need to generate a $225.in service in order to get a shuttle service. Otherwise we the customer needs to pay for it. I will be going to a different Honda dealership. Along with buying a Civic. No mention of this on the phone or online. The Uber fees round trip was $35.00. You lost a repeat customer car / service.
