I made the appointment via online. only to find out you need to generate a $225.in service in order to get a shuttle service. Otherwise we the customer needs to pay for it. I will be going to a different Honda dealership. Along with buying a Civic. No mention of this on the phone or online. The Uber fees round trip was $35.00. You lost a repeat customer car / service. They kindly called to give updates and sent nice welcome videos to get a feel for who they were. I worked with TJ, Amanda, and Andy & Mike for my final process. TJ and Amanda were kinda and welcoming when first starting to work with Burns. When it came time to come in for a test drive, after almost a month a half of looking at their dealership and others, i was so pleased to meet Andy! He was honest and helpful with any questions i had. Mike in financing was funny and great in helping my dad and i find a bank to work with our credit!! Overall Andy and Mike did an amazing job explain the entire process and breaking things down when asked.
