Easiest Car Buying Experience I had one year left on my lease on a 2015 Civic Coupe. Love the new Civic Coupes. Entered live chat in the morning explaining what i was looking for to save time for the salesman and myself if i decided to pursue a new lease. Showed up at the dealership , car was waiting for me. We sat down and i explained my budget and where i wanted to be since i was turning in my 2015 with one year left on the lease. Walked out with the car i wanted at the price i wanted. I really love the service department at Burns Honda I have to state how much I love the service department at Burns Honda. I had a blow out on the NJ Turnpike Thursday afternoon at 4:45 up by exit 13. I have to state how much I love the service department at Burns Honda. I had a blow out on the NJ Turnpike Thursday afternoon at 4:45 up by exit 13. While I was waiting for AAA to come and change the tire, I called Burns Honda to see what their hours were so I could get the tire fixed, as I had to travel to North Jersey early the next morning, and I didn't want to drive that far on a donut... To my surprise, they are open late each night, until 9PM!!! I advised the girl who answered of my situation, and she told me to just come in, no matter what time I got there, as they would be able to take care of this. She transferred me over to parts to make sure they had the tire in stock, and luckily they did. I got there around 7, and my tire was changed that night! The service manager, Eric, was wonderful to deal with and kept me informed the entire time I was there. While I know I might pay a little more to get my car serviced here, I believe you get what you pay for, and that you get quality parts and quality service. I also think that my car has lasted longer by bringing it here for service. I have over 100,000 miles on my 2011 CR-V, and I was assured last night that it would last much, much longer...which I need it to do. Make your own choices, but I will keep bringing my car here for the extraordinary customer service that I continue to receive. I have owned 5 hondas over my 53 years, and I swear by them!
