A member of the sales team (Lewis Alvarez) quoted us a higher monthly payment than offered by the finance company in an effort to give the finance manager (Fabio Martorell) the opportunity to "bundle" in higher monthly payment than offered by the finance company in an effort to give the finance manager (Fabio Martorell) the opportunity to "bundle" in other options such as GAP insurance, ceramic coating and a warranty at a much higher monthly payment than we should have been paying for the loan. In our case, the scam would have cost us $6,840 over the lifer of the loan. The finance supervisor (David Basham) did restructure the loan once Burns Honda knew they were caught in a scam. However, the finance supervisor never admitted to the fraud. More
